Our screenwriting workshop will cover industry standard scriptwriting principles to give young people the essential skills to impactful storytelling.
Through course content, free form writing sessions and research they will work with genre, character and story development to produce an authentic 5-minute screenplay.

- Basic theory of screenwriting, settings, action, plot and dialogue.
- How to find inspiration for key concepts, story form, titles, backstory, character building and story ideas.
- Script re-drafts, script analysis and feedback amongst group readings.
- Table reads, writing competitions and festival submissions.
