Screen Acting

Our Screen Acting workshop will focus on core skills for TV and Film acting techniques. In our 10 – 12 week sessions students will work towards a 3 – 5 minute monologue, duologue or short scene piece filmed on camera.

WHAT WE COVER:

• Introduction to screen acting and building confidence on camera.
• Learning scripts, cold reading and taking direction.
• Eye line, framing/blocking, continuity and improvisation.
• Character building and how to portray truthful performances on screen.
• Acting coaching from various guest speakers and agents invited to screenings.
• Present work to family and friends on the big screen.
